Spiritual Gifts Assessment

"Each one should use whatever gift one has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms." -- 1 Peter 4:10

WOW! These dogs seem excited to get somewhere yet how much more should God's people be excited about finishing the task of making disciples of all people groups/nations (Matthew 28:19). So a question to ask ourselves is: am I excited about my role in God's grand story? Do I see my role significant and important to the fulfillment of His vision and mission of world evangelization (i.e. making disciples of all people groups)?

Those questions should drive us to discover and perhaps rediscover the skills and spiritual gifts that God has given to us. The two main purposes of spiritual gifts are to equip God's people to do His work in and through us (Eph. 4:7-12) and to serve people (1 Peter 4:10).
